Silvia Unger

Silvia Unger is SUCCESS PR, and has been since 2010. With a degree in Communication and training in hotel catering and management, she founded her own agency almost seven years ago after a sabbatical in Canada. But she has been doing PR work much longer than that. After working in the Kempinski Hotel Airport Munich and in an event agency in Munich, she worked at renowned agencies in the Bavarian capital and was responsible for the PR accounts of many different clients in the luxury hotel industry world-wide.

Imagine you could emigrate anywhere in the world. Where would you go?

“To Vancouver, no doubt about it. The largest city on the west coast of Canada absolutely is my favourite destination.”

What is your favourite quote, or even your motto in life?

“This counts for both: “Don’t expect anything, don’t fear anything, be free.” Unfortunately, the author is unknown."

Sea or mountains?

“Mountains. I feel that they radiate incredible power and quiet.”

What do you need to be relaxed?

“A good book and a glass of tasty red wine. An intensive discussion with good friends. A hike in the mountains. On Sunday night: the TV program Tatort.”

Tanja Dränert

For many years, Tanja Dränert worked in the tourism industry and in event management for renowned companies, travelling to different countries. This made her love her home city even more, which is why she became a Munich city guide in 2009. Since then, she has regularly been offering walks with different themes. Organizing is another passion of hers, and this is what she has been contributing to the SUCCESS PR team since 2013.

"I really like my home environment here. I would maybe move a bit outside of the city where it is greener."

What is your favourite qoute, or even your motto in life?

"The journey is the goal." If you have enough patience, you reach your goal in most cases. I've had the chance to experience that several times."

Sea or mountains?

"Mountains, without a doubt. I love hiking and spending the whole day outside."

What do you need to be relaxed?

"Hiking in the mountains, exercising in nature, going in the sauna, reading a nice book on the sofa, having a nice chat with friends."

Mirjam Hackelspeger

Mirjam Hackelsperger is a journalist. She trained with Abendzeitung München, moved to the text department at Freundin and finally wrote articles as a freelance journalist for various different newspapers and women’s magazines. She has been working as a PR manager for more than 10 years, and has mainly worked for smaller and larger PR agencies in the tourism field in Munich. She has been working for SUCCESS PR since 2012.

“I have to say I do really love my life here! But if I were to emigrate, I would go to Australia. This has been my favourite destination for a long time.”

What is your favourite qoute, or even your motto in life?

“I don’t have a specific one. It comes and goes with the stages of life.”

Sea or mountains?

“As always, I can’t decide!”

What do you need to be relaxed?

“A day outside in nature with my husband and my young daughter. A couple of hours in the spa at a nice hotel. A good book and a glass of wine. Cooking some nice food.”
